I honestly gave up at halftime. 0-3 down against AC Milan, I thought it was all over, no matter how much I loved the club and wanted to believe otherwise. I hadn't cried yet, but my heart was slowly being broken into pieces. It was a bonus that we made it that far, but to see a dream slowly fading away was too painful to bear.
BUT, the impossible DID happen... Liverpool Football Club came back from the dead and showed to the world what true grit and character really meant. 7 years ago today, Liverpool Football Club showed why we are the best sports team on the planet. Period.
